 Models for mixed-use, neighborhood oriented development.

Toward these goals Outlook Tower will use three main approaches to encourage sustainable development practices.

 Public information campaigns using booklets, websites and other media.

 Free or low-cost consulting for members of the development community with the goal of encouraging the use of sustainable development practices.
